Project Experience
1. Haogemen App (Apr 2025 - Present)
- Overview: A cross-platform app for pigeon racing users, covering community services, race tracking, and smart hardware integration.
- Developed user, race, training release, racing pigeon lookup, and loft management modules with Flutter and GetX; integrated Amap location services, distance calculation, route recording, weather / wind data, and external navigation.
- Built a BLE hardware integration layer for pigeon collection devices and race clocks, including QR-code connection, service discovery, TID / EPC parsing, validation, and Bluetooth plugin adaptation for HarmonyOS NEXT / OpenHarmony.
2. Racing Pigeon Competition System (Apr 2025 - Present)
- Overview: An event management, on-site pigeon collection, and smart hardware management terminal for race organizers.
- Contributed to Android multi-module development for event management, pigeon collection / basket check-in, pigeon registration, device connection, video inspection, electronic receipts, and Bluetooth printing.
- Abstracted the
ReaderManagerhardware access layer to support race clocks and Bluetooth / USB pigeon collection devices; encapsulated RFID command packaging, checksum validation, timeout retries, duplicate / test-ring filtering, and abnormal-state detection.
3. Voyah Vlink (Feb 2024 - Aug 2024)
- Overview: Core communication and control module for the rear-seat entertainment system of the Voyah H53 vehicle model.
- Owned architecture design and feature development for multimedia control, vehicle control, and initialization of the core communication solution.
- Evaluated communication capabilities between the controller and IVI sides, then implemented real-time multi-device communication with Wi-Fi Direct and WebSocket, reducing command-path latency, supporting high-bandwidth in-vehicle communication, and improving connection stability.
4. Nissan VoiceAdapter (Jul 2024 - Feb 2025)
- Overview: Adaptation and service-layer development for Nissan’s in-vehicle intelligent voice system.
- Designed and implemented the underlying service architecture and communication protocol, wrapping vehicle hardware interfaces and multimedia control capabilities with CarService and MediaSession.
- Optimized workflow and code design to reduce average response time from about 1.2s to around 800ms, while improving compatibility and stability across vehicle configurations.
5. Voyah App (Mar 2023 - Aug 2024)
- Overview: Official owner app and marketplace application for Voyah vehicles.
- Independently developed the marketplace home page and core ordering flow, covering products, SKUs, cart, payment, installment plans, and invoices, supporting the full path from product browsing to checkout and payment.
- Led performance optimization work by refactoring the local caching strategy and improving cold start and list rendering, resulting in faster home-page loading and smoother marketplace list scrolling.
6. Mengshi Auto App (Mar 2023 - Dec 2023)
- Overview: Owner services and remote vehicle-control app for Mengshi vehicles.
- Developed core modules for vehicle status display, remote command delivery, and after-sales service booking, including maintenance scheduling and service status tracking.
- Contributed to memory leak, UI jank, and stability improvements, reducing online Crash / ANR risk and improving runtime reliability.
7. Smart Meeting & Device Management Platform (Sep 2019 - Nov 2022)
- Overview: An integrated platform for smart meeting rooms, tablet terminals, and visitor management, including MushiPad CommonService, MeetingBoard, SmartController, and visitor management applications.
- Built a log collection system based on Android inter-process communication and encapsulated remote device management capabilities, including silent app installation / upgrades, device reboot, screenshot reporting, system updates, and device status reporting.
- Designed and implemented a script-based update mechanism to simplify terminal app upgrades and device operations, enabling remote management and unattended maintenance across multiple device types.
- Developed native Android and Flutter versions of meeting management tools, applying MVVM to separate business logic, optimizing cross-time-zone conversion and asynchronous task handling, and supporting localization and theme switching.
- Built real-time device communication and linked-control capabilities with WebSocket and MQTT; integrated WebRTC with the ZOOM SDK to enable one-tap meeting launch and audio / video communication.

- Developed core modules including asset management, product subscription, user center, sign-in, and registration; implemented security features such as fingerprint / gesture authentication and certificate pinning to strengthen account access and transaction security.
